Why do many editing operations require "Flatten Objects" in EximiousSoft Screen Capture ?

In EximiousSoft Screen Capture, some editing operations such as resizing, perspective, skewing, etc., require some vector graphics objects on the canvas to be flattened. This is because these vector objects such as lines, arrows, labels, notes, shapes, texts, etc. are all located on top of the canvas as separate objects. They have not yet become part of the pixels in the currently edited image, but are free to be edited, moved, scaled, and changed their style. These operations require these vector objects to be actually drawn onto the image as part of their pixels, and the operation can continue.
