Save Banner

Once you have completed the design of a banner, you can export it to an image for publishing, or save it to an EBM file and then open it for editing or modifying later, or just print it.

Save as .EBM File

When you create a banner, a button or other web image with EximiousSoft Banner Maker, Banner Maker actually creates a banner project in the computer's memory. An EBM file is serialized by the banner project to disk and saved as a file. Such a file format is a proprietary file format defined by the EximiousSoft team for the Banner Maker program. It contains all the frame information used to create the banner and all the drawing objects contained in each frame. When the file is reloaded, the user can seamlessly undertake the last work for subsequent editing and modification.

Please choose Save or Save as menu item from Banner File Menu. The application opens a file dialog, select an existing EBM file or enter a new file name, then press OK button to finish.

Save as an Image

Please choose Save as Image menu item from Banner File Menu. The program shows the dialog box for export as following:

  • Image Format: Banner Maker supports current popular image formats such as JPG, PNG, GIF, BMP, PCX, TGA, TIFF, etc.
  • Whole Animation: Save all the image frames in the current banner project as an animated GIF. This option is only valid for the GIF format.
  • Only Active Frame: Except for GIF, most image formats do not support storing multiple frames of images. Therefore, in most cases, the image frame currently being edited is saved as a static image.
  • Save...:It opens the image file dialog box, choose a picture or enter a new file name, press OK button, a new image is created. You can open the saved graphics using any standard picture viewer (e.g. Microsoft Paint, Microsoft Photo Editor, Adobe Photoshop) or email to someone.
