A: Firstly, you need to select the text object. EximiousSoft GIF Creator provides many ways to select objects.
If EximiousSoft GIF Creator is not running in Default Mode currently, click “Default Mode” button on painted toolbar to switch, then click the text object you want to change to select it in the edit view.
Please make sure the objects panel window is visible, click the text object’s item to select it in the objects list.
After selection, you should invoke the properties dialog of the text object to appear. You can double click on text object in the edit view if EximiousSoft GIF Creator is running in Default mode or choose "Object | Properties" menu item from menu bar.
Switch to "Text" page in the dialog. If you want to change some text's font, size, or other attributes, it should be to select the texts in the edit control (see below screenshot) at first, then modify properties as you desire.

A: Two ways are offered here by EximiousSoft GIF Creator.

  • Right click Directly on workplace in edit view to pop up the contextual menu, then choose "Add Text" or "Add Symbol" menu item.
The point you hitted is where texts or symbols will be located. After that, a  properties dialog pops up, then you can add texts or symbols by this window. Here we must remember that we cannot click out of work place, or else, we cannot get that.
  •    Q: When modify some attributes of an object in a frame,it is also changed in other frames if the object is visible in these frames. Why?
A:  In fact, only several attributes of one object in different frames can be different, such as "offset","transparacy", "lock","visible" etc. "Offset" means an object may be in different position in different frames. "Transparency" means an object in different frames can be different. “lock" means an object can be set in "locked" or "unlocked" state. “Visible" means an object can be set in visible or invisible state. While the other attributes of an object for all frames are same. For example, if you rotate an object in a frame, you will find that the object is also rotated if it is visible in other frames. Then, how to solve questions like these? You can do it like the following example. There is an animation with two frames. a text banner in the first frame is filled with green color, while in the second frame is filled with blue color. You can do it according to the following steps. Firstly, you input words in the first frame and get "Text- 1" object. You can set fill color of "Text- 1" object is green. After other attributes of "Text- 1" object are set proper values, select it as the target and copy it to clipboard (Choose "Edit|Copy" menu item). Now, you switch to the second frame and make sure that the "Text- 1" object is invisible. You can obtain "Text- 2" object through pasting from clipboard (Choose "Edit|Paste" menu item). Make the "Text- 2" object is visible in the second frame and its filled color is blue.
